The International fair in Fuengirola (La Feria Internacional de los Pueblos) is usually held April-May at the town's main fairground. As many as 50 countries assemble to promote their culture in food, music and wares. This spectacular annual event begins with a carnival procession representing all the countries involved weaving its way through the town before finishing at the fairground. However with it being so packed with party goers I remained near the entrance hoping to avoid the crush. At least I think that was the event I photographed here. Of course it could easily have just been another annual fairground event.
