I visited Bilbao especially to see this museum designed by Frank Gehry and I was not disappointed, despite never venturing inside. Sculptures outside by Niki de Saint Phalle (Nanas) and Louise Bourgeois' spider (Maman), along with the museum's stunning facade were more than I could have hoped for and a credit to a city that looked like it deserved some much needed culture.
